The owners of the townhome are Paul & Susan, a young, very nice/laid-back couple who is being “forced” to move to Denver on August 1 due to a job change. We own this newly-renovated, rea3bdrm + loft, 2 full bath unit. We would like to keep one of the rooms open for ourselves to use on occasional weekends (the upper back bedroom), and we’d like to offer a great deal on rent to anyone who can help us keep the place in great shape.
